Your player profile and stats are visible to staff at The Capitol Axe Throwing. Your scores may appear on venue leaderboards displayed at our location and within the app.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.

• Request deletion of your personal data

Profile photos you upload are stored on our servers and associated with your player profile. Badge images and background graphics are uploaded by venue staff.

You can change or remove your profile photo at any time through the player portal.

8. Data Retention

Your personal data is retained for as long as you maintain an active player profile with us. If you wish to have your data deleted, you may request deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon request, we will remove your personal information from our systems.

Waiver signatures are retained for legal purposes even after account deletion, in compliance with Ontario law. If you request account deletion, your personal information will be removed but your waiver signature records will be anonymized and retained.
